Tour Overview

06:00 AM – Departure from Nairobi / Nakuru

Early morning pick-up to maximize wildlife viewing.
Drive through the Rift Valley with a short scenic stopover at the viewpoint (optional).

 08:30 AM – Arrival at Soysambu Conservancy

Brief check-in and introduction to the conservancy.
Meet your guide and prepare for the adventure ahead.

 

09:00 AM – Morning Game Drive

Highlights may include:

Rothschild giraffes
Zebras, buffalos, elands, impalas
Birdlife, including pelicans and flamingos along Lake Elementaita
 The morning hours offer the best chances for active wildlife and cool temperatures.

 

12:30 PM – Bush Picnic Lunch

Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch at a designated scenic spot.
Take in the peaceful surroundings, with views of the lake and open savannah.
 

01:30 PM – Explore Lake Elementaita Shoreline

Short nature walk with your guide.
Perfect for photography—especially flamingos and other water birds.
Optional visit to the hot springs area (depending on water levels).
 

03:00 PM – Afternoon Game Drive / Optional Activity

Choose between:

Second round of wildlife viewing
 or
A visit to Delamere Camp or another lodge area for refreshments (guest-paid).

05:00 PM – Depart Soysambu for Nairobi / Nakuru

Leisurely drive back as you enjoy sunset views over the Rift Valley.

 

07:30 PM – Drop-off
